Sleek, comfortable, and practical, our Chelsea boot has been described as “the perfect pair” by Vogue. It’s handcrafted in Italy from LWG Bronze-certified Fawn leather and set on a water-resistant lug sole that feels light on the foot. The elasticated side panels and heel tab allow for easy on-and-off.

Beautiful shoes! but ...
I bought it from Soho shop in NY. I tried one and loved it! but the one I tried had some scratch on the right side(should have took that one). so I asked staff to get me new one. I made a mistake here that I didn't tried it on. I just check on the outside and took it.
Now... I tried when I get back(I live in Korea). and I found out that the insole of right boot is bit fall off....so every time I take off my shoes, insole is coming off...more and more.
Super shame! I am going to take it to the shoe repair shop to see what they can do...
But overall! I love the design and how I feel when I wear them!
Ankle part is bit tight at the moment, but It should get better as it gets stretched.

Narrow across the toe box
They're beautiful and lightweight as advertised, but they are narrow across the toe box, and especially at the widest part of the foot. In my case, I can see that the pressure is not going to be good. They are the only shoe I wanted from this site, and the return is for store credit only, so I've decided to keep them. I'd love to know what a non-damaging way is to widen that part across the foot though, if the customer care folks have an answer I'd love to know; I think it would help others who have had a similar issues.
