Exchange Policy:

We are happy to offer one free exchange per order within 14 days of delivery, and offer both standard and instant exchanges. With a standard exchange, your new item will ship once the original item is returned back to us. With an instant exchange your new item will ship within 24 business hours, after putting down a $1 refundable deposit. For both exchange options, a pre-paid label is provided. Please note final sale items are non-returnable and not exchangeable.


Return Policy:

We honor a return within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund. All refunds are processed within 5 days after receiving the item(s) back at our warehouse. Start your return here and follow the instructions to receive a pre-paid returns label to send back your item(s).

Please note final sale items are non-returnable, and sale items purchased with a 30% or higher discount are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

All products must be returned with their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse your return if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit is unable to be converted into a refund once issued.

International Returns:

We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, along with additional deductions for the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes that are non-refundable. At this time we are unable to offer international exchanges. We would recommend setting up a return and placing a new order.

Goods sold to Canadian shoppers that qualify under the Credits program will receive a full refund of duties and taxes as part of the return; deductions for the original shipping fees still apply.
