Free shipping applies only to domestic orders in the Contiguous United States totaling $150+. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund.

Orders placed between November 4th and December 31st will have an extended exchange window for the holidays. After the regular 14-day return window has ended, orders will not be eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit until January 7th 2025.

Responsibilities

Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle (measured by Net Promoter Score)

Answer and resolve incoming customer requests (e-mail, phone & chat)

Assist customers with returns

Organize feedback on Koio (product, etc.) and share with the team

Abilities and Experience

3 years experience as a customer experience associate

College degree

Excellent writing skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to work on multiple workstreams at the same time without losing track of tasks

Working 3 days (Saturday, Sunday, and one day during the week). Weekend work can be performed remotely. Flexibility with regards to the schedule a plus. We offer competitive compensation and a fun and high-energy startup environment.
