Free shipping applies only to domestic orders in the Contiguous United States totaling $150+. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund.

          Returns/Exchanges

          We accept returns and exchanges of most unworn and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund. Items purchased with a discount may only be eligible for store credit or exchange.

          International Orders

          We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, along with additional deductions for the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes that are non-refundable.

            Great pair of pristine white kicks! I have been looking for something like this for

            AGES, so I'm happy to have discovered Koio! They are of great quality, fast delivery, and good value. They come up slightly big so might get some heel grips, but I'm really happy with the purchase and will likely buy again in the future.
