          Returns/Exchanges

          International Orders

          We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, along with additional deductions for the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes that are non-refundable.

            I love my Koio’s

            I own six pairs of Koio shoes and I just love them. No need to break them in and they’re super comfortable. My only gripe is that they don’t come in half sizes. I’m a 9 1/2” and the 10’s are a bit big, but an additional thin insole solves that problem. I’ve tried a size 9 and my big toe barely touches the front. I rather have them a tad bit longer than being too tight.

            My second pair of Capris

            Received my second pair of Koio Capris last week, this time in Castagna, for a more refined look at work to rotate with my Rose Anvil Triple White Capris. As expected with Koio, the shoes fit true to size and require minimal, if any, break-in thanks to their thoughtful construction and premium materials. They look amazing paired with jeans, khakis, or chinos, and I’ve already gotten several compliments on both pairs.

            One thing to note—though it doesn’t affect my opinion—the shoes occasionally squeak from the leather rubbing together (which is normal for leather-on-leather contact). It’s not a problem for me at all, but if you’re sensitive to sounds or need to be stealthy like a ninja, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the quality, craftsmanship, and the way these shoes conform to the shape of your feet over time
