        We accept returns and exchanges of most unworn and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Returns have a $9.95 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund. Items purchased with a discount may only be eligible for store credit or exchange.

        International Orders

        We accept returns on international orders within 14 days of delivery for unworn and unaltered items. A $25 shipping label fee applies for all international returns, along with additional deductions for the original shipping fees, duties, and taxes that are non-refundable.

          I love my Koio’s

          I own six pairs of Koio shoes and I just love them. No need to break them in and they’re super comfortable. My only gripe is that they don’t come in half sizes. I’m a 9 1/2” and the 10’s are a bit big, but an additional thin insole solves that problem. I’ve tried a size 9 and my big toe barely touches the front. I rather have them a tad bit longer than being too tight.
